Then I would start by making one change at a time using the AsBuilt Data on the spreadsheet. I do not normally use the Plain English side as I can not see what else it changes. With Ford changing addresses on numerous items, it is just too easy to miss something and get an undesirable result.

Save your current BCM data file. Once you get enough posts for PM we'll talk about sending the file so I can see if I can find what happened.

Let us know how it goes.

Yes, it works using the English mode (not "As Built" file)

So hypothetically speaking.....if one was an idiot and didn't check to see if I saved the correct documents prior to changes, would I be **** out of luck? I thought the main modules list page was like file folders and that page, plus everything within was saved.

No unfortunately it doesn’t do it automatically but fear not there is a way

Get your VIN and go to Ford AsBuilt. The first time you go to the page it will ask for your country
after you select it will take you to the general page. Reload the original page and you will see where to enter your vin. Then you can download you entire AsBuilt file
once you have that you can view your AsBuilt data in an html viewer or excel
the BCM module is 726
Bad news is you will have to go line by line to find the differences
Or I will post a DropBox link. Save your current BCM AsBuilt and upload that and your full file from Ford and I will compare and send you the needed info

Let me know

If the above link doesn't work, try https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

Is there a way to use the as-built (.ab) file from Ford in FORScan?

Import it somehow?

So I just finished running back to the trailer after restoring all the values that were changed, and unfortunately the lights still do not come on.

While making the changes, I did notice a few things. One, the downloads from the Motorcraft service as built values were incomplete. While hooked up to forscan, there were a few modules that had several more lines of values that were not list from the downloads.
The second thing I noticed was, I had some changes that I noticed in the IPMA modules that I could not write the values. The process kept terminating before the change was complete.

I will try to upload my files to the DB link

All the files were uploaded, however they look even more confusing than they already do. Let me know if there is a different format to save them under to make it a little easier to read
