I backed up all of my as built files over the weekend so I can start making mods with Forscan. I was not able to backup the TCM as built module. Is this normal or should I be able to back it up? I received an error message part way through the process when it was trying to read the data. I was able to successfully back up all of the other as built files.
Let me know your thoughts. I can take a screen shot of the error message if that would be helpful.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

For the 2020, what is the best/user friendly OBD-II bluetooth reader for ForScan? I ahve an I-Phone 11 promax and an Ipad pro 12.9 and would like to monitor the "regen" status until I can get the dealer to activate the "DPF Percentage" screen. I presently use the "BlueDriver" OBD-II reader, but for me is a bit challenging to decipher from the diesel perspective. Thanks in advance to all replies.

I'm still baffled on the DTE thing. I pulled two very similarly equipped 2020 trucks and looked at the IPC values, one long bed and one short bed. I only found two lines with differences:
720-03-01 6005 0700 0097 shortbed (34 gal tank)
720-03-01 6007 1900 00AB longbed (48 gal tank)
720-09-01 C062 1584 1905 shortbed (34 gal tank)
720-09-01 C042 1584 19E5 longbed (48 gal tank)
The address that changed the DTE calc in the 17-19 was:
720-03-01 60xx xx00 00AB
I tried both the plain text and as built options to change this with no luck. I tried forcing an IPC restart and a few other things with no luck. I wonder if unplugging the fuel level sender would force something to reinitialize? Maybe the gurus will see something else in those lines above that I did not between the two trucks that may help. I searched all of the as-built values of the other modules for the same values that represent fuel tank size but did not find them.

There are 2 IPC values if I remember correctly. One is in Hex (which is why you have to type crazy numbers) and the other is plain English. I changed the values in the plain English section and it successfully disabled the triple ding at startup for my 2020 F350 Platinum. It also worked with the seat belt dings.
