I have an Adrenaline. No issues, sure is better than my clapped 15 degree pump. I scored my hoses from some joint on ebay, they are based out of Florida. I will look them up if you need me to do so.

Definitely would appreciate that was trying to decide between adrenaline or t500 and just decided to go with the t500. Honesty everything I’ve read both seem to be good pumps just figured I’d try t500.

Don't forget about CNC Fab. He is making a great HPOP for a good price. You deal with him directly as well and he has great customer service.

I wanted that per your recommendations, but their larger pump was out of stock when I wanted to order.

Crude Diesel is the place. I bought just the two line set. Fitment was fine, been on the truck a long time now and a lot of miles.

Yeah I believe he was finishing up his shop and was out of a few things when you tried to order. Should be good now.

On another note tomorrow after work I’m going to stay late and try to get passenger side axle ujoints and balljoints replaced. Hopefully Thursday night I’ll be able to do driver side. Along with replacing trac bar bushing. All of my spicer solid core ujoints and carrier bearing and my adapter flange are supposed to be in this week. Plan is to make sure parts are correct this weekend and if so calling to get quote on have shafts balanced.

Also on another note has anyone ran a b&m 40295 aluminum trans pan. Description on install ses that you swap to the 6.4 5r110 trans filter. My main reason behind wanting another pan is figuring that a aluminum pan would hold gasket surface better. I currently have brand new oem pan and only way to get it to not leak was to use a reusable gasket with small amount of motorcraft sealant on each side. Which will definitely be fun for services and this pan seems to hold the minimalist amount more than other aftermarket pans. And would a 5r110 filter hurt anything ?

I have their pan on my AOD in the F-150... stock had no drain plug. If it makes it run cooler, good. If not, oh well. At least I can drain and fill it for regular service.

Quality is fine, no issues leaking or anything of that nature.

Got all my balljoints replaces with spicer units and axle ujoints with spicer. Along with tierod ends with moog only tierod ends I didn’t replace was the drag link. I’m waiting till I got to 05 box when motor goes in. Hopefully next week I’ll get trac bar bushing replaced. Definitely drives better can’t wait to get new box in and the Borgeson steering shaft.

Well got all my drive shaft parts in and to anyone needing to replace there carrier bearing I’d definitely recommend going with one of there’s from summit racing. Is a inland empire bearing they have several different ones for different diameters bearing sizes. But the bushing feels like a high quality polyurethane I believe.

I have heard and seen that those can be a real BI**H to install. Put the shaft in a bucket of ice, heat the bearing a little bit, and it is supposed to slide right on. You prolly have a press though.

With the superduty drive shaft setup I have it has a yoke in the middle that literally just unbolts and carrier bearing slides on.

I assume you are talking about the Diesel Site IH Water pump swap? If so I've installed it and have been very happy with it. I would recommend replacing the O-Ring on the selector valve with a Viton 205, some have reported the ones that come with it will leak. There is also a hose barb that you have to install on the passenger-side of the pump that one the heater core hoses will connect to. It recommends using some of the supplied red loctite to seal it and in my experience it has leaked some. I will probably end up trying some pipe thread sealant the next time I have to drain the coolant system.

Edit: Also it comes bare steel, I painted mine.
