Well dug threw my stash of shafts and did some ruff measuring by myself. It looks like possibly a set of shafts out of a 2005-2007 F250’s crew cab short bed auto 6.0 truck. Might possibly work I’m not dead sure yet but ruff measurements show they may drop right in once I order a the 1410 flange with a 2in pilot for my tcase. I’m planning on ordering the flange this week if they work I definitely plan on replacing the ujoints and carrier bearing and having them balanced.
Definitely will I don’t plan on installing on my current engine though so it’ll be a little bit. But on another note 2005 6.0 crew cab short bed 4x4 drive shafts. Will work in my extended cab 96 with bigger tcase by buying 1410 flange with smaller centering hole and the Superduty flange for rear axle. I test fit them this weekend plan on ordering correct flange and all new spicer ujoints. ASAP plan is to have them balanced before installing them.
Well have the replacement engine on stand half to pull hpop off to send to be made into a t500 and then get rest of parts ordered in next couple of weeks.
And it looks dirty as can be more rusty really than anything. But I’ll post pics tomorrow of the frame it’s horrible.
Did you ever go with the 99+ timing cover? You could do the the stock E fuel from the SD, its worth it and you save $$ if you have the stuff laying aroumd.
All ready have efuel but I really like the mark Fugazzotto topside of his kit so probably gonna order it. Most likely is the plan at this time I’ll keep you guys posted on progress.
