I took my original list which was for XL/XLT owners and have added the changes in bold red for a Lariat with Ebony (black) interior. Prices have gone up a lot since I did this originally.
FL3Z-15046B32-BA -Sync Dash Opening for Slider door $20
FB5Z-19A495-AB - Rear USB Hub $28

H2oCamper, as you know I’m super grateful for the list, I really appreciate the help!
I’m about to order online and have all but 2 items on my list. I hate to ask for yet more help but here goes!
1) the front and the rear cup holders on your list are the same part number?
2) the ashtray lid you listed is obsidian and my trim is they sorta bleached wood, any chance you know what that part number is?
again I’m so grateful for the help!
The bracket is there. The console does take different bolts than the seat.
I'm thinking about tackling my swap in the next few weeks. Will the bolts from the seat work with the console? Since the brackets are the same, I would assume the threads are the same....so is it the length, or the head of the bolt that is different?
Are they the (6) M6x25mm bolts that you mention?

Good catch and my bad. I have updated the original post. Revisions are in Green.

The original seats bolts will not work. They are much larger. The bracket has different sized threads and locations for the console mounting. Yes, you need M6x25mm bolts.
David, how much is it going to cost you, if you don't mind sharing? Parts and shipping. Thanks!
not cheap!! Lol
so I’m inputting all the part numbers at different sites, the shipping has been the big X factor so far. The best price I have found so far is 1772.00 with 216.00 shipping

Thanks! I was coming up with similar numbers, and was just wondering if you found some secret site where the total cost would be close to $1K...
I got one off eBay in really good shape. All it needed was the piece on the back replaced. I also bought the ducts and a few other pieces to make it all work. All together I'm probably $1200 in with everything.
Hey H2O, not to be redundant but super grateful for the parts list, I’m about to pull the trigger and order this as I feel I’ve done all the penny pinching I can do, lol.
I just had a last thought as I’d had to have the wrong trim color checked!
my trim is armor, correct?

I am picking up my 2020 XLT on Friday. I am going the opposite route of everyone else. It has the console and I want the seat. If someone was parked next to me and we had the same color interior could we just swap parts and harnesses and be good to go? If so I would be willing to swap with someone.
