Console swap
- Pin #2 - GN/RD Lighting (this might only be for Ambient lighting)
- Pin #3 - YE/VT Inverter LED Indicator +
- Pin #5 - BU/BN Inverter LED Indicator -
- Pin #6 - YE/GN Relay - Battery Saver (Switch Off Interior Lighting)
- Pin #8 - OG/GN Inverter AC (AC A)
- Pin #11 - OG/WH Inverter AC (AC B)
- Pin #16 - BK/WH Ground
- Pin #21 - GY/VT Fuse #68 (Console PowerPoint)
Couple things I noticed on the female plug from my truck does not match the diagram above pins 8 & 21 the wires are switched.
The wires on console inverter in the rear are OG/GN and OG/WH, but pin out differently on the male plug side console.
Does anyone know if the same pins are always used regardless of the color of wire meaning can I just move the inverter wires to pins 8 & 11 on the male side or do I need to also swap pins 8 &11.
One last question can I start the truck without the passenger seat in to test wiring with a meter or will I throw off a sensor.
Thank you for your help in advance.
The floor plug from my truck is wired differently than the diagram above Pin 8 is GY/VT and Pin 21 is OG/GN, do I just swap those pins.
I about to do this swap. but need to ensure part number for dash bezel LH
My truck: 2019 F250 XLT
Donor: According to ebay listing was a 2019 f150 Lariat
Donor had the backup assist, so the dash bezel has top to bottom. (vent, 4WD, Trailer backup, hole)
My current truck has (vent, 4WD, trailer brake controller)
I look at H20 and a couple others, it is what they appear to have as well.
H20 parts list for this item is HC3Z-2504339-DA (ARMOR) & FA (OBSIDIAN)
Attempting to verify that number is for the 2 components (4WD & Brake Controller)
Some parts sites drawing kind of shows 3 openings
Also, is there a significant difference between Armor and Obsidian?
Unless 2019 150 and SD are same, donor F150 parts look the same as to what I have in my SD
I thank all in advance, as any insight will help, thanks

My truck is XLT and located a Lariat console and just got the parts needed and fits perfectly.
It had a floor shift, which had to trade out and that part is not cheap, but the dash parts were not bad.
My main issue was tracking down the wiring and where it went.
As mentioned my console is out of Lariat so it had converter port, heated rear seat buttons along with cup lights and ambient lights and all I had was a cigarette lighter at the rear of jump seat.
I quickly found out that Ford does not use the same harness for each truck and connected what it came with so the following is what I had to do
1. switched out the sync/usb inside console for the dash one and just used the same cable
2. There is a cigarette lighter port inside the large compartment so I extended the wires from the one in the lower dash which was on the little cubby you need to take off
3. tracked the ambient light wires (Yellow/Green Stripe front bin and Yellow/Green Stripe Large Compartment-yes 2 wires) along with the rear USB pos wire (Grey/Orange Stripe) and connected all of them to fuse 23 which is delay switch which is hot as soon as you turn on key and shuts off when you open door after turning off truck
Now all ports, USB and lights work on the console.
I did not use any of the wires on the front plug, but can tell you that the Sync/USP module has 3 wires ( I assume for lights) that go to that plug. one appears to be ground and others (Yellow/Blue Stripe and White/Blue stripe) go to that plug
the cup lights use Blue/ Red Stripe to that plug also
remember that is for Lariat console
Thanks again all

so this harness should mount to my floor to lug and into each console receptacle? I don’t even know how to get the ambient lighting to work but I think I saw you had a ambient lighting diagram.
Does anyone know if the console from an earlier model year F150 (2015 to 2020) will work on a 2021?
I know I will need to order some parts, but I'm looking at ebay to pick one up. for a good price.
lower dash trim connectors
jump seat area connector (connector is at the top of the pic facing camera kinda in the middle)
