LiquidStream I have a 2" lift with the Ready Lift Track bar bracket and it's dead center. Don't use the Carli Sway Bar drops brackets they need to redesign them after my pic's I sent them. There's 2 issues with them.
I didn't use a drop sway bar bracket at all. BDS claims it is not necessary.
I can measure the Junko stockers when I get home if you want.
Carli doesn't release their spring rates apparently. Trade secrets lol. Would be easy enough to find out, but I didn't care enough to chase it down. They are a linear spring rate, rather than a progressive. Not sure if that matters to you.
I'm sorry, I mean FOX Factory shocks. Do you have the model number? I want to see if the extended length is the same as the BDS ones. If so then I'll feel better about ordering the coils.
Yea just be careful trimming that bolt. They snap real easy up inside the frame. There sending me a new set so I don't have to trim the bolt. I didn't want to cut anything because of warranty. They see anything suspension related cut off and they have an out. You would need to trim 1/4" at least off. I asked them to send me the ones like in there picture and the engineer told me they were not for 17's wouldn't work.
what are they sending you? a redesign?
I noticed the same thing with the bolt. didn't think it was right, but at the same time didn't think too much of it. it works
Those bolts snap real easy and the pressure/angle on the bolt may help it along. There gonna call me and let me know, It's in the engineers hands right now. I flipped them around and it helped a little. I guess there is a left & right, one of the gussets is a little shorter. Guess we will see. Defiantly don't want to pop one of those bolts on a pot hole at 75 on the interstate.
Went to carli yesterday so they could take some measurements of the factory sway bar stuff. They gave me a shirt and hat for my time and said they'd send me whatever they decide on the redesign.
In the meantime, got around to installing my carli springs, bump stop drops, sway bar drop brackets (grinded down the factory bolts about 1/4 inch with a bench grinder), readylift trac bar bracket, one up off-road resivoir mounts.
Wheels should be here Tuesday, and fox shocks from accutune anytime from sept-oct supposedly. I'll pick up an adjustable trac bar from carli this summer also. I haven't measured, but from eye balling the front of the truck, it looks like the axle is just slightly favoring the driver side with readylift bracket.
EDIT: looks like the axle is pretty damn close to being perfectly centered. Maybe 1/8 - 1/16" off???
How did you grind down the bolts with a bench grinder ? Did you remove them and reinstall them into the frame ?
Yes......when the brackets are removed, you can slide the front bolt toward back of truck to remove it. Took me about a minute to grind each bolt. I grinded it down just before the threads start, that way I didn't screw anything up. Slid them back in and it worked like a charm!!!
Noob question.... what's the difference between lifted and leveled? All these truck look lifted to me. When I get mine I want to lower it a bit so I can fit into some parking garages. Can you lower or level a truck using air ride?

Nothing really, level means you lift only the front. A level kit is a lift kit, but a lift kit doesn't mean it's a level kit.
It's just a name.
You can certainly put a smaller block in the rear and get rid of that red neck look. You can add air bags as well. But the block is what will lower the rear end.
