how do you like the ride of the icon's and did they lift you a full 2.5"?
World of difference.. Trucks rides and handles 100% better.. It did lift it within an 1/2 inch of the rear.. Just waiting on my wheels (American Force) and then will add the ICON dual stabilizers..
So I'll post this here as well as I know there are folks still dealing with the steering issues at highway speeds. After an informative conversation today with an engineer over at Wicked Customs, I ordered their radius arm drop brackets to hopefully resolve the loose steering condition at speeds over 45-50 i'm having with the BDS leveling kit. Once I receive them and have them powder coated and installed i'll be sure to update. I'll also be heading back to the alignment shop to have the stock slugs put back in and the adjustable ones removed.
Speaking of wicked customs. Anyone looking for a lift, I have the 3 inch premium leveling system. Message me for price. I decided to go with something that my local 4wheelparts had because they wouldn't install something they didn't sell.
I powder coated it black, so it doesn't need paint.
Anybody have any more feedback to revive the thread?
Wondering if people have figured out the steering problems? I'm looking at putting on a BDS 2" possibly, but don't want to fight with steering/alignment issues.
As this 17 is my first ever ford, why so many dual steering stabilizers? is it just for bump steering? So far, stock, this truck doesn't have any noticeable

Of the 5 friends I know that have leveled theirs, not a single one has had issues.
Just keep your stock stuff, can always go back if you hate it.
Carli 2.5" coils
Carli drop sway bar brackets
Carli resi brackets
.25" PMF coil spacers
Fox 2.0 CD resi shocks
Ready lift rubber isolator
Ready lift drop track bar bracket
Moog adj cams
37x12.5r20 R/Ts
Fuel Mavericks 20x10 -18
I might have to add an adj track bar for the extra .5" of lift. I don't want any rake.
Instead of that PMF spacer, I'd check out the OUO Adjustable Coil Levelers. They are spacers that you can adjust from 0-2.5" of lift, and you can adjust differently from side to side. So if you ever end up having the driver side sag like so many guys say they have, you can adjust just the driver side and get it back level. They are $200, but seem like a pretty good deal for what you get. You can also tune your lift height this way so you know you will be exactly level.

Thanks! The alignment didn't go very well unless you like driving like you're constantly turning right. Should be fixed by weeks end (new caster bushings coming). I knew there would be a problem when the guy said "drives great! that kit works very well and doesn't compress the spring like the others do". I swear!!

Are you just saying your steering wheel is cocked to the side? Or does it actually wander to one side while driving?
The cocked to the side thing is like a 10 minute fix. Its silly easy. You just loosen the two nuts, then screw the entire collar up or down to adjust your steering wheel left or right.
Edit: I just saw you said you are getting caster cams to fix it, then its definitely wandering. Disregard my pic. Ill leave it up there for peeps following behind, maybe they'll learn something

Thanks for the pic. Pulls to the left 'and wheel off center. Not happy about the install other than it totally got rid of the truck looking like you were "mashing the brake peddle after seeing a deer standing in the road at 60mph".. haha
