That looks awesome! How does the 6.2 do with those tires? MPG? What step bars are those?
Thank you Matt.
6.2 does fine. I took a trip to so south Ga running hwy speeds up to 85 MPH earlier this week.
Truck averaged mid 13 mpgs out on the HWY. Problem is I do all my travelling around town, so it stays at around 10.5 MPG.
Step bars are the N Fabs. They work well and tuck up nice to the body. These trucks are also some of the easiest to swap steps on that I have ever done.
Great info in this thread! Just sold my '15 F350 and picked up my new '17 F350 Platinum on Saturday. I had a 4" BDS lift on my previous truck, but am seriously considering just leveling the new one. Thanks for all of the input guys!

I'm in the same boat.......going from 8" lift on 38's, to leveling with 35's LOL
Do you have plenty of clearance when turning your wheels full clock in both directions??? or just a little???
thinking about going 35.4" tall tire, and wondering if I should go 12" or 13" wide.
Thanks
12 or 13 inch wide what? I think a 12.50 on a 10 inch rim on these trucks with a leveling kit is about as wide as you want to go. You asked me in the other thread about posting a pic of my truck from the front and looking down the side of my truck, mine looks just about exactly the same as Aggie's. You might be able to squeak some bigger meat on it, but mine don't scrub at all right now. Including tucking up and turning hard into my driveway, which has a pretty high curb.

Possibly considering going with a 13" wide tire. It'd only be 0.25" wider on each side than your 12.5" wide. That's why I was wondering how much clearance was available when your at full lock each direction. If you only had a tiny bit of clearance than I wouldn't want to go any wider. But if you had a decent amount of clearance, than I'd consider the 13" wide tire. I just don't want to trim any plastic and don't want to rub on anything either.

If you're getting 2.5's with reservoirs up front you definitely do not want it that wide. You'll be rubbing all up on those resi's. I mean, they are sexy and all, but they don't like that kind of treatment
