Just did the 2.5 readylift and Rancho 9000xl. Had it done by Ford, but have questions. I only drove it home tonight about 15 miles seems ok, and looks ok. Had the Readylift track bar installed and the correct adjustable caster nuts described in this thread. My question is about the alignment pictured below. from what I'm reading here it should be a range of 3.0-3.5 or so but mine is only 1.5. It is not pulling or does not feel off, but if it is wrong I will need to correct it. Thought?
These sleeves have a fixed positive camber and caster change and are designed specifically to align trucks that have been lifted or to provide more caster change than our standard 23220 Series sleeves. For maximum drivability and to compensate for road crown, use a 23268 on the driver's side and a 23269 on the passenger's side.
I did get these "Moog K80154 Caster/Camber Adjusting Bushing" and had them for install.... but I cannot see them installed somehow they were overlooked and they did not return them... so back to the dealer to get this right. once they are installed I will get the realignment and get the cast back to 3.8 range.
I should ask for factor spec on the caster correct?
Do you think the BDS 0-2" Fox 2.0 Shocks that they use for their 2" level kit will work with the Carli 2.5" coils? I have those shocks and want to get the coils but am concerned I should have gotten a slightly longer front shock. What are you using? Do you have part numbers?
Yea, it should be fine. The are usually 0-1" or 2-3.5" so you are in that range.
I thought the caster angle was to be 3.4 to 3.8 an I incorrect? Also the bushings that I got were never installed so that is a problem on it's own with the dealer
In your honest opinion do you think 20x10 w/37's would rub ?
I don't know. The parameters they gave me when selecting a wheel was 20x9 with 5.75 backspace. They made it pretty clear to me that any deviations off this would cause rubbing with the 2.5" kit.

LiquidStream I have a 2" lift with the Ready Lift Track bar bracket and it's dead center. Don't use the Carli Sway Bar drops brackets they need to redesign them after my pic's I sent them. There's 2 issues with them.
What issues did you have with them??? I have some sitting in the garage and plan on installing next week.
Do you know what full extension is on the front factory shocks?
Also, were you able to find out if their springs are a slightly softer spring rate?
I can measure the Junko stockers when I get home if you want.
Carli doesn't release their spring rates apparently. Trade secrets lol. Would be easy enough to find out, but I didn't care enough to chase it down. They are a linear spring rate, rather than a progressive. Not sure if that matters to you.
From what I understand......if the caster is in the 1 range, the steering will feel light. If it's corrected to oem specs, the steering should feel a little heavier again.

His were the newer X brace design. One of the bolts was hitting the bracing and bending it out. They said it could snap with a hard enough hit. Check his post history and you'll find a pic he posted on it.

Found it.......looks like a simple fix. Maybe just trim that bolt a little.
Yea just be careful trimming that bolt. They snap real easy up inside the frame. There sending me a new set so I don't have to trim the bolt. I didn't want to cut anything because of warranty. They see anything suspension related cut off and they have an out. You would need to trim 1/4" at least off. I asked them to send me the ones like in there picture and the engineer told me they were not for 17's wouldn't work.
