Here is a pic I just finished up for Randall, however I'm holding off on doing an 99-04 right now. The vendor changed glue on the lenses and it's beyond horrible opening these up.
Anybody have any pics of these installed and light output? I'm torn between these and the 05. If I go to 05 I will have to do some work to trim my header panel, and I am not known for my delicacy or patience for a project like that!

Output is the same. Using the same projector for either of the two conversions.

You might try to PM run6.0run about how to do the conversion.
I know he has done at least one. Or try him at his shop. Super Duty Service in Grain Valley, Mo

From what I read, it is more than a trim. It is an all out demo project. Once you start, you can never go back.
Well, I got my foglights installed. Not without dropping one and putting a crack in it. Install was rather easy except for how the adjustment screw attaches at the bottom. It's a square peg trying to fit in a smaller round hole. I just used the threaded part behind the attachment instead of making it pop in. (I'm sure no one understands what I mean by that.)
Anyways, I adjusted them (I think) to where they are the same height. I measured this by standing a ways away and kneeling down until the brightness appeared at the same height for both lights. Then I took it for a drive. I parked near a building and the first thing I noticed was how much higher the light was cast on the wall versus the low beams from the headlight. I attempted to adjust the fogs down further but no matter how much I tightened the adjustment screw, nothing happened. In fact, it appeared to get worse. I gave up and called it a night. Rather discouraged, not at the foglights, but more at my ineptitude.
I will be doing my install today. how did the wires go into the plug for our 05-07 models? Looking at the install guide it says you must test for the correct polarity? electrical stuff haunts me and I tend to over think it. would I just match the wire color to what is already on the ford connector?
Fordblueheart, I am wondering if it would be an advantage to try and adjust the fogs down as much as possible before bolting the bracket to the bumper?

I can't remember exactly on the wiring, but the new fog has a red and a black. I looked at the stock wiring colors and matched them up. IIRC, one wire is red or has a red stripe and the other one is black or has a black stripe.
I don't think the bracket and fog bolted together will fit in the opening.
When it came time to install mine, I watched the video posted previously and read over the pdf that Yahiko posted.
EDIT: The video was very good at showing that ANYONE can do this.
I just got my headlamps and wiring kit from Tony. Can anyone help with install with pics or video? I'm installing on 2014 350 Platinum. I am having a hard time finding a location to mount the main wiring harness and ballasts. I installed the fogs with no issue and they look great now I want to get the head lamps on.

WOW.......got mine and finally installed a few adjustments and now I can drive legally without the rigid, non DOT certified, fog lamps. Tony was a class act and answered my calls. If you read this Toni come up with more stuff for our trucks
