Sorry, what's this for? I only have my phone and this thread is hard to follow for me.

Maybe a quick recap with a picture?

Snapped a few pics, during install and right after. Easier even than the headlights. Not the best pics, but it is what it is. I'll get beam shots later. Comparison
Top light comparison
Heads up comp. Led on right, OEM on the left.
Both LED. Color difference is probably aiming. I'm going to take care of that tonight.

Looks great. Maybe I should install a set on mine. Waiting on my head lights right now.

A little tip y'all may already know. On my brush guard, the top two brackets were held with plastic snap connectors, like those that are used with fender Wells and such. Spray them down with something like wd40, you'll have better luck in not snapping them. You will need them for proper aiming.

If it's the Morimoto like I have, yes. It's a single beam, but there is a shade that raises and lowers for high and low beam.

That would be awesome if it works like that. Those are the best kind.

Well, I got my foglights installed. Not without dropping one and putting a crack in it. Install was rather easy except for how the adjustment screw attaches at the bottom. It's a square peg trying to fit in a smaller round hole. I just used the threaded part behind the attachment instead of making it pop in. (I'm sure no one understands what I mean by that.)
Anyways, I adjusted them (I think) to where they are the same height. I measured this by standing a ways away and kneeling down until the brightness appeared at the same height for both lights. Then I took it for a drive. I parked near a building and the first thing I noticed was how much higher the light was cast on the wall versus the low beams from the headlight. I attempted to adjust the fogs down further but no matter how much I tightened the adjustment screw, nothing happened. In fact, it appeared to get worse. I gave up and called it a night. Rather discouraged, not at the foglights, but more at my ineptitude.
