Thanks, I thought they looked pretty good. More importantly, I can see! Lol Wayy better lights than the factory stuff. Sean, you might remember I went with the 5k bulbs, still very white light. I did have to replace one, if I turned them off going through the gate to work one of them wouldn’t re-light. I found the same bulbs on Amazon and order up a pair so now I have a replacement if I ever need it. Tony’s work opening those things up, installing the focusing parts and sealing them back up looked real good.
im thinking of taking the ol gal to the paint shop for a freshen-up. You can see my clear coat is dead in the hood and top and she’s lookin a little rough. There’s a few dents on the tailgate and I have new cab corners also. Considering what a replacement costs these days, I’m thinking that may be a smart way to go, besides, I’m really enjoying the 5 speed in the Mustang so the truck is getting some well deserved rest lately.

They did an excellent job retrofitting my assemblies and they will customize them any way you want...instead of everyone going with an identical setup.
The new 6.7l PS make tons of power but way too expensive to maintain these days. Your best bet is keeping your 6 liter and fixing/freshening her up. I seen a lot of guys going the bulletproof route with the 6liter instead of going for a brand new 6.7liter.
I got a set of these from Tony several years ago and I’ve been very happy! And now I’m even more happy…got a set of bulbs from The Retrofit Source that have Genuine Phillips capsules. Definitely a bit brighter than the Morimoto, but more importantly much “fuller”. The illumination is much greater throughout the spread of the beam. For anyone getting a set of these in the future I’d definitely recommend asking Tony to use these bulbs.
Not a cheap upgrade at almost $200 for a pair of bulbs (man, they were only $170 when I ordered them a couple months ago!) but I would say well worth it!
Pictures don’t do the difference justice, but here are a couple-
Is Tony still making these headlight retrofits? Website is outdated.
I Just bought a set in December 2021, so yes.
He does an excellent job on the headlight assemblies and he will answer any questions you need help with. I had an issue with one of the Hylux ballast that I ordered and he took care of it right away. The night time lighting is great, I wish I had these headlights a few years ago on a trip to NJ in a bad rain storm at night.

Thanks, I contacted him via email and will be getting a set as soon as I save some shekels.
Any recommendations on a replacement bulb - One of mine is burnt out. I don't mind replacing both but I want to make sure whatever I do that it works/fits and does not overheat anything.

Drop Tony a message and get them from him.
Also if you want to change the color then now is the time to do that.

I got bulbs with genuine Phillips capsules from the retrofit source, but I’m sure Tony can get them as well. They are a huge upgrade in output over the Morimoto bulbs I had before, but they’re not cheap! However, I’m really glad I got them, now my lights are like the really good OEM xenon lights.
