Here are the details, and how this will work.
I will open up the Group Buy to accept patent from now through Nov 6th through Nov 13th (next Sunday). It is critical that all payments be received by the 13th or this GB will fall apart.
Payment will be made via PayPal, in the amount of 150 as a friend, or 154.50 (to cover PP feels). The order will be placed on Nov 14th, I will receive fogs by the 18th, and ship out Priority Mail to all of you on the 21st (perfect for a little holiday week project). This timeline is based on all 10 orders coming through timely.

Randy,
I think we are going to have to modify our housing to make these work. I gambled that it could be done.
I plan to use a simple C-shaped bracket for the top mounting holes and utilize the factory center adjustment point in the lower middle.
I will post my results and procedure once complete.

I now have more hope it will be a direct swap.
This video shows the 01-04 in greater detail.
The Morimoto website says they fit 99-16, with 99-10 requiring minor mods.
