Looks great Gavin.......
Don't forget Nap Time this afternoon.......
Thanks Roy. It was too nice outside yesterday afternoon, mid 60s and almost no wind.

You do not want to be in a hurry for that job, the glue is a bit runny you don't want to lay down too big of a bead. I'm just glad I finally got the floor space back, now I can fold up the engine hoist and put it in the corner.

Hi Tim! Thanks for the complement.

Lost 6-0 on a touchdown pass to the tight end with 3 seconds left in the game, but I'm not bitter or regretful at all. I don't know they exact number of points, but I heard a rumor that we didn't allow 70 points allowed on us in the 29 games we played. This was an incredible bunch of young men. It was so much fun!
Engine look pretty amazing in there
Wow, one loss in 3 years. Congrats on three amazing seasons coach!

Thanks Tim, I just need to focus on one project at a time.

And I really like how you painter Mr FE and Mrs. tranny. Looks real good up against your Ford Blue firewall. Bet it'll sound even better.
Coach Savage Thanks Jeff!
I prefer the darker blue but I wanted to engine stand out a little more.
Speaking of sound, I'm still undecided about headers and mufflers. I'm leaning toward Hio's Sanderson FF427-BEC but I'm also looking at the Flowtech 32542FLT headers. I have no idea what mufflers to get.
How long since you've cruzed A&W, or whatever drive in you have there? Heads will turn when you do. Most city kids now days, couldn't tell a Highboy from a Tonka toy, but in the Heartland, they all know.
I've seen at least 3 commercials with 'Bumps' in them lately, I will not be surprised to see yours on a movie set. Way nice ride amigo, 2 thumbs up..
Your truck is really looking good, love that neat clean look.
Hi Randle! Thanks for the kind words buddy. I'm not making too much progress, work and deer season are taking up a lot of my quality truck time.

Baja
I can't wait to take the wifey to DQ for some ice cream.
Thanks for the complements Baja!
The lighter shade up against the ford blue firewall is exactly what I was thinking.
Funny you mention mufflers. Even though I am a fan of the Cheery Bombs, the past two mornings in a row during my drive in to work,I've been considering Rich's suggestion about the C/L take off V8 Mustang mufflers. And my Bump isn't on the road at present time.
I'm looking for something fairly quiet at idle and a little roar going through the gears.
I once had a guy that drives a Ferrari tell me that the (stock) mufflers on my '03 Mach 1 sounded really good --I tend to agree. Not overly loud at idle or when cruising along but when you step on the loud pedal, they have a nice rumble to them.
Not quite the same audio quality from a video as in real life, but you get the general idea. --the guy has Borla Stingers but they don't sound very different from my stock mufflers.
I'm not into obnoxiously loud exhaust but, if you're into that kind of thing, the Borla ATAKS that came on the '03/'04 Cobras might be more to your liking.
The reason I got three sets of the lap belts is the fixed latch strap (covered in plastic) that comes with shoulder belt is too short. It won't reach from the floor behind the driver seat up to the seat. The latch strap that comes with the lap belt is too long and I had to have all three of them shortened. I also used the buckles from the lap belts on the shoulder belts so everything would match.
