DEF? Ford Motorcraft PM27JUG must be cheap out there in the market. I sell it to a few wholesale customers. One of which is a City. They got all kinds want to sell to them. Suggested retail is $13.54 each for a 2 1/2 gallon jug. They come 2 to a case but are sold separately. Works for other brands BIG trucks too as far as I understand.

I got all the holes drilled for the new crossmembers on the bottom of the frame. I complained to my wife I didn't want to drill them because it flings hot chips all over me.....I'm a wimp. She suggested I put an old sheet over me. I cut holes in it for my head and arms, it worked great.

The hitch cross bar is ready to get welded in place.

The second crossmember to go in front of the fuel tank.

Welded the mount for the air tank.....

....then I removed everything, wire wheeled, primed and painted the frame rails.

It was a beautiful day and there was almost no wind.

I think you were watching "2001 a Space Odyssey"......Then tried playing spaceman.......

BTW: you might try a shop Vac to suck up the metal chips as you are drilling.......
