Ah thank you! I forgot about Horizon, Tousley doesn't offer it anymore, its on their diagrams but not in the listings.
Rather unfortunate discover, horizon says the bracket is discontinued..looks like I'm SOL because the local junk yards will charge an arm and a leg to get one off of a truck.
Even if discontinued, call a dealer and see if it may be in new old stock. Otherwise the adjustable Justin showed may be the next best thing.
Thanks guys, ill pm you Wiz and worst case ill get the 2.5" drop one Justin posted up. I already have an adjustable trac bar so going back to stock isn't an issue.
My only hesitation with going directly back to stock is originally when i had the stock bracket and pitman arm on when the lift was put it they couldn't align my steering wheel because there wasn't enough threads on the drag link to get is straight so it was stuck 90* off. I would hate to get stock height stuff then find out i still need some sort of drop.
The zone trac bar should be able to adjust up to 4" its possible that because you got 4".off the spring pack plus whatever else your truck had over say a "stock" diesel it was more then 4" of extra height. I believe a diesel with the plow package is kinda a universal benchmark. The 5.4 is never considered.
Also is your axle still centered? If the axle is still centered its a possibility that its binding up because its "too long" and wants to push out but the leaves are holding it in place and causing your unloaded lean.
Oh that's interesting i wonder why they never really count the 5.4. Granted i know 90% of fords are diesels but around here the 5.4l is the most common then the diesels and then the v10 is ever rarer..at least in my direct area.
Do you think the drag link will have enough threads on it since the springs settled now? I measured the truck and the difference from front to back is 1.5" (back taller). With that difference and since the truck sat almost level when the lift was originally installed i gained 3-3.5" of lift in the front.
If you have 3.5" after it settled and prior to settling you had clearance for your drag link its pretty probable you had more then 4" initially. Stock drag link might be able to adjust out 2" with what I have "left" on mine at stock.

This is valid but most of the trucks that get lifts are diesels. The extra power makes it require less modification to move the tires. Plus if you design a spring and advertise it as 4" and someone with a diesel buys it and gets 1" they might be a little angry, but someone who gets 5" out of it won't be.
When i talked to the tire shop that did it all for me, they said that it could adjust completely to straighten the wheel but it only had about 5 threads left so it didn't seem safe to do that.
Justin yours is stock correct? Do you know the distance from the hub to the top of your wheel well arch? Mine is about 20-21" i think if remember right,i might be mistaken and it may be 30-31".

I will remeasure when i get home but if i am remembering correctly now, i did this all last night but didn't write it down of course my rear was 30-31" depending on the side and that makes sense since the back should be 5" over stock with the blocks stacked. So if i have a 1.5" difference then my front should be 28-29" depending on the sides. That means I'm at 3.5" of lift roughly. Plus i have the plow package so mine probably sat an inch or so higher in the front. So I'm really at like 2.5" of lift but with the plow springs I sit even higher.
I just compared measurements with Dennis who has a 4" lift and our trucks measure the same at 29" up front and he said his truck has sagged an inch from his original install. I was thinking since he installed new front springs and i did a leveling kit (Added more leafs) the 4" springs have an arch to them where as my stock springs are almost flat. I'm thinking that since my springs are flat my arm hits the spring where as if there was an arch then the arm would travel over the spring and not contact it.
I just ordered more stuff today, I'm hoping to start in two weeks that way we definitely wont get any more snow and ill have room to paint parts and remove my old dash.
Quick question for you guys, i measured everything today and everything is square except the passenger side rear which is an inch shorter than everything else. Once i remove the rear 2" blocks my truck will sit level at 45-45.5" on all 4 corners except the [assenger side rear which will be at 44"ish.
Though this was funny, my truck next to my parents van the other day lol it has a good 5-6" on mine.
Also this weekend i replaced the led traillight bar with a 60" rampage bar that has a reverse light function as well. I hooked up a 4 prong tailer plug and zip tied it up out of the way then plugged the bar in and wired up the reverse light.
Upclose pic of it, it is actually a very good quality and the reviews on amazon also have great things to say about it.
