Put two new decals on the rear window over the weekend, the F&F movies are what really got me into cars. I always liked them but those movies came out when i was in middle school and really made me want to customize my own. It's such a shame that Walker died and that fact that he may have been conscious while the car ignited is sickening.
Dash looks killer, they should've definitely had a black dash option.
And I'm about the same age as you, so I understand what you mean about the movies. Paul Walker is a car icon and from everything I've heard about him and his charity, work in the animal realm and many other stories of his character, its definitely a shame. That quote may be making its way to my truck to.
I know i cant wait to put it in! The sport option for our model year was actually a black interior (dark flint technically) and so was the Harley edition (this was legit black).
The decal was $8 on eBay, something like 80% goes to his charity so i bought these two. they ship from MA so you would definitely get them quick.
I still haven't hooked up the power folding/extending motors yet. I just got my door panels mounted though so right now they are just normal mirrors. I'm debating whether to install my 08 dash first or to do the mirrors first but when i do i will post p in full detail how i did it. Also I think i came up with a good mounting idea for my fuse box so i will not need to modify the stock harness. There is a mounting plate next to the steering column that i plan to move a little then mount my current fuse panel to it. Recently my attention has been turned to my 95 though, the fuel pump just went in it.

Living in MA, you might as well order new bed bolts now... I'd bet money they snap. Mights as well check out the gas tank straps while you are in there

I'm not even gonna struggle they are getting cut off lol. i plan to replace the tank, straps, sending unit and pump.Literally i would replace all those things anyway except the tank but for an extra $145 i might as well throw in a 33 gal tank out of a bronco and go more places without having to fill up. I probably wont get her rolling again until spring though because i need to do it all in my driveway and if it snows that will really slow me down. Also spring to me is the end of February lol because we don't get much snow after that. would the super duty bed bolts fit the OBS trucks? I have a set from when i was going to pull y 04's bed but i still haven't gotten to it yet.
Is there a blank panel for the upfitters that covers both sides like a CD pocket or something? I want to remove the upfitters and use carling switches instead but it would be nice to be able to pop them in and out like the upfitter panel.

I can't see why SD bolts wouldn't work. The U nuts should fit the frame and I imagine the length would be good. If not, I ordered long threaded 18-8 fully threaded stainless hardware from Chrome Bolts, Stainless Steel Bolts, Metric Bolts, Socket Head Cap Screws, Grade 8 Bolts, F911 Bolts for my Ranger. I was going to use those because they were way cheaper than a bed bolt kit and just make u-nuts, but then I wound up getting a free bed bolt kit for it.
When i swap my dash out i plan to do a low of rewiring to clean up the rats nest i have under the dash. Right now i have everything tapped off of everything and i plan to clean it all up with an auxiliary fuse block that has a relay triggered by the customer access wire and a circuit breaker to protect the entire system. I will have he current things hooked up to it.
-GPS unit
-4-6 carling switches (not sure how these get wired yet)
-55w HID kit (driving lights)
-55w HID kit (fog lights)
-reverse camera
-front facing camera
-air horns
-compressor
-led dually reverse lights
-steering wheel audio control module
-3x 12v outlets
The carling switches i planned to all go to relays that will trigger the lights except for the cameras for those i planned to just trigger them directly since they don't draw much. Would a 100 AMP circuit breaker be good for protecting this entire circuit? I'm not an electrical guru lol but i can wire things once i sort it out in my head which takes me forever since I'm still fairly new to it.

You'll have to calculate the amp output. The switches won't have much but if your running a compressor through there the compressors I bought are 40amps each.

Ok, i dont plan on getting a compressor before doing all o this i was just throwing some stuff in there just incase since i will have extra circuits left, If i run the switch off of this fuse panel and just connect it to a relay that triggers the compressor then that's fine correct? I plan to run any lights i add off relays and then probably a compressor when i get one etc. I mainly want this to be power for switches and little 12v accessories.
