Justin just wanted to let you know that i didn't really notice a difference in the sound quality it still all sounds the same to me. The main plus side to this is the speakers will not rust anymore and same with the connector becoming corroded since i put it inside the baffle.
Also sorry about the slow progress guys it's tough to get stuff done while i use the truck as my DD. Once its warm enough and i get the 95 running again my pace will pick back up.
EDIT: I posted this in my dash thread but what color schemes do you guys think would look good for the new dash? I am doing black for all the main pieces but what about the accent pieces like the side silver panels and the center of the dash? I first though gloss black then charcoal and now I'm thinking hydro dipping them in carbon fiber. I will also be doing the door switch bezels the the front of my console the same with what ever i do to the dash.

Good deal. I didn't think it would affect anything, but figured I would ask.
As far as color I would do something lighter as the accent like a grey or silver. Too many dark colors and it'll blend together.
Good point Justin. I think I'm gonna try hydrodipping the accents in carbon fiber. Been watching videos on mydipkit.com and it seems easy I have a few spare pieces ill try first though.
Also my GF got me some prestige fender flares for my birthday yesterday so ill post a pic of them up tonight when I get back from school.
Got my flares installed yesterday, i mainly put them on so i can see out my windows and mirrors after driving on the highway. They stopped everything form spraying up the side of the truck. Come spring I am going to paint them black to match the bottom strip on my truck. I love them, it makes the truck look wider and i think it makes the stance look even better IMO. FYI they are prestiege flares, it took 5 years to get my GF to buy me truck parts and she finally gave in and stopped saying she didn't want to feed my addiction lol.
Before
After
The spray from puddles after installing them and you can see the dried salt from before, it use to go up to the top of my windows.
After washing the truck yesterday to install the flares, my bumper is rusting very bad now there is rust popping through everywhere so i may end up buying a new chrome piece this summer as well. Unfortunately since the valance doesn't fit perfectly i may end up needing to replace that as well. You can see in the picture of the front wheel flare view where it is rusting in one spot. The bumper is salvageable if i painted it but personally i like the chrome better, on the new bumper i will definitely paint the inside with POR before exposing it to the elements along with what i can reach on the frame and such.
Nice difference in the truck I love flares on any truck they look awesome. Now make sure you don't break them backing into something. LOL just joking. that's on thing I do dislike about flares is they are plastic and can brake easily.
Trav
Lol I'll keep that in mind my moms expy just got home yesterday so there is some fresh paint to scrape up lol. That is one down side but where they are placed usually doesn't get hit as often.
Also has anyone every seen rigid (or similar brand) 3" cube lights installed in a round fog light housing? I was thinking about getting some LED' but i love the looks of my current 700ff lights and thought why not install then inside the lights so they look like big round lights but are actually 3" cubes. Then i was gonna get a 30" bar and smoke out the lens to somewhat hide it from sight.
