The 4th digit is incorrect, should be a letter for the engine code.
Please ask further questions in the 1961/66 F100 and larger truck forum, this forum is for 500 and larger series
BIG trucks.
F35 = F350.
The 8 is probably: B = 300 1V I-6.
E = Mahwah NJ Assembly Plant.
778738 = 1966.
VIN doesn't tell you much once it's decoded.
Post a pic of the Warranty Plate, riveted to the left door face below the latch, or type the info.

Welcome to FTE!
I can't help you much other than to tell you that with a "N70..." VIN, you do not have an F700. It's an N or LN series truck.
