Just got back from a trip, so no real progress updates. Still waiting on my parts to come in. I did get some good news from the store tho! The manager said that since I spent so much and have been a great customer, he is going to give me a case of Royal Purple ATF! That made my day there. I was a bit upset at my parts still MIA but for Royal purple, I can be patient

I can't wait to start rebuilding the front end. I got new knuckles on order, new Moog ball joints, already have new hubs and rotors/calipers. Now shiny new Milemarker lock-outs
Still waiting to get my TCI trans parts. Should be in within a few days.

I plan to clean them up and get them coated with paint tomorrow, might try to get the new ball joints pressed in too. I got my weekend project now!
Why did you get new knuckles ? And why did they knock most of the spindle studs out ?
I have new Moog ball joints to install. I figured I'd be on the safe side and get new knuckles so I have minimal down-time. It was about 60 for both knuckles, well worth the piece of mind to me.
Not sure why they knocked out the spindle bolts, but thats ok, that means I can get fresh studs and nuts for the spindles.
Nothing new about those knuckles....but you are right on the down time.....do you have the moogs already ?Look at XRF ...all the super duty guys are going there...make sure you get the correct spindle studs !! very crucial parts !
