I have found Green Sales in Cincinnati has the passenger side (C1TB-9121448-A)... so i am thinking of trying to modify that to work on the drivers side.
Geez, how did I miss that? They have 9 of the puppies.

awesome, i appreciate it very much, so it is a c600. good to know! it may be a G but the truck is orange now anyways which is one of the colors for my shop. most definitely a great start.
You can probably swap those axles if they will fit. You'll figure it out with a tape measure etc. Not sure what wheel and tire you will use as the F550 is low profile on 19.5s and your C600 is probably 8.25x20s. On brakes, you can keep juice brakes, but look at the system on the C600 vs. the F550. Your issue will be to construct a dual m/c boosted system in the confines of the C series cab. There isn't a lot of room for the master, and they have a goofy set up where you pour fluid in from the back with the cab tilted.....

Good luck with it!
thanks for the advice. i plan on keeping this truck and using it as a workhorse, so a 12v and allison/ new rearend and making it pass DOT is in its future for sure.. i almost feel bad cause the motor is "New" only has 5k miles on it.
Bill hows things going out there, fire getting any closer to you?
It's burning over by the coast now, in the Malibu area. I'm 15 miles north as the crow flies. News report earlier tonight said it was 57% contained.
Last Friday evening the winds died down and for the first time I could see flames, spot fires were burning over a range of low hills about a mile south.
To make matters worth, the TV/phone and internet (Spectrum) had failed around 3 PM, so now I had no way to know if there was an evacuation order.
As I watched the fire, I noticed blue lights heading their way, figured they were FD pumper trucks. An hour or so later, the fires were out.
