I'm normally one to want to reuse anything I can, but I think Sam is correct here. You (and us) would be the only ones who knew the difference. I would probably do some price comparisons though.

Go with new. Seems like less of a headache and no one would know the difference except you. You'll still have the originals.

You're close to the end. If it were me, I'd clean the truck, especially on the black painted portion before those water stains set in.
