I got an estimate from Space Coast this morning ... $350 a rail with a 4-6 weeks turn around time. I think that is a great price. I plan on bringing the rails back to my fabricator tomorrow morning to see if i can get them to repair them.

Ilya, I hope to have the floor done this week so I may have some new photos to post. Here are some pics of my rails that I sent out to a few plating companies. The rails are 11 feet long!! It looks like the least expensive way is to have the originals fixed and replated.
Picked up my parts from the chrome shop this morning. Everything looks good.
My boys were excited (me too)!!The door handles were nickle plated. Not a lot of chrome on the truck.
The plating shop said their tanks are 9' x 4' deep. My rails start to bend at 8.5 ft so they might fit. The owner said to bring them by and he will put them in his tanks otherwise they will be going to space coast plating 3.5 hours north of me.
