5477yc 0000n 051/07 b 3 - mine [looks like yours may have a newer build date and/or revision]

I timed mine tonight...it dropped to the bottom in .3 seconds...

Wait - if this is a speed test for a device that slows the drop speed, then shouldn't the slowest one win?

Longest time = slowest tailgate. Mine was right at 7 seconds with the 'one mississippi' method of counting.

Just installed my 901. Had to do some minor modifications to the bracket to make it fit (drilling a new hole). I also did not have to remove the rubber bumper. And....drum roll please....

Updated Leaderboard:

doczenith1 - 7.3 seconds (901)
Tomahawk - 7.0 seconds
EpicCowlick - 3.7 seconds
Shepardsonp - 3.4 seconds

and not even close is Rickatic with .3 seconds

I think we should add the model number to the times also.
