I'm going for real low key this x-mas.

after the mess everyone left me at thanksgivings, x-mas will not be at my house.

I already bought Haylee her gift, I went to car toys and got her a complete new sound system installed in her Jeep. so I'm going to take a picture of it and give it to her in a card at x-mas.

I don't need anything, I want everything.

sold my Jeep! just waiting for them to come this weekend and pay me, then I get to buy a OBS truck for me.

I got screwed on a house deal in Calif, the people I sold it to owed me 10k, didn't pay. I foreclosed then market took a crap, they sue me, I won. They still didn't pay and after 3 different judges rule for them to get out and another 10k in legal bills etc, I get to walk away with $2,500 and get my name off the whole mess. They are still in the house...

I give up, never help anyone when there is money involved.

grrrrrrr

they will still end up losing the house, wouldn't think 70 years old "Christian's" would not pay there $50 a month payment to me and then lie to lawyers and judges and be proved wrong three times and still the legal system lets them screw me and I incur the cost while they are not even paying on the first.......

i'm done....

all lawyers(should be shot) and the system need to be cleaned up.....
