Hey Lisa, yes, take some vitamin D. It's good for you. It does help quite a bit. It's just natural for us humans to slow down and get sluggish without the sun. I actually discovered all this a few years back, even went to the doc to figure out why I was so tired. According to my doc, it's really common, especially around here where the sun doesnt come out a whole lot for months.

I have a friend that works at a local lab, and she tests flu samples to find out what kind it is, she says every case of the flu so far in Phoenix has been H1N1.

She also says she has been working as many hours as she wants to run the tests...

Very interesting. I knew sunlight enabled your ability to absorb C, but I didn't know about D. Off to the store I go to get some D...

No such thing as a reliable old truck. But, you can do your best to make her reliable as you can.

I understand. I was concerned about that with FB too...so what I did was find the people I didn't want to find me, and blocked them. I also have it set to where its really super hard to find me, usually I have to befriend people.

Yeah..what am I, seven years your elder? I'll be 30 before ya know it. Funny thing is, I don't feel any older than 20.

And, I'm flattered.

Yeah well, I havent yet approved my own wife on my FB page...lol
drama sucks, I dont feel like explaining the people on there to her. The other thing is you know how it pulls from your email list? It pulled half my customers too!!! So, I have to behave. Guess I cant abandon the OT, I need some form of anonymity to express myself!!!
Hendrix analogy was the best I've seen! I'm still laughing at that one!

Lisa... an old fart? Maybe from tacos you ate weeks ago, but you're what, 27? You're nowhere near an old fart. As for the sun, you left a city that gets on average 300 days of sunshine annually. We BOTH need to get back there!! If I get moved there first, you're welcome to use my 26' v-nose trailer for you're move back.

I spent the morning replacing vacuum lines on the Pissant. The turbo wastegate was fun, but overall, not a bad job, and now I can hear that little thing spool up (with the hood up!) Funny thing as that the MAF sensor is INSIDE the housing for the ECU, which you access from under the hood. It sits beneath the cowl... Why does this matter? Because there is a vacuum going to it... FUN FUN. Next is a boost gauge...

How's everyone doing this afternoon?

Yep, 27. 28 next April.

About a week and a half ago, we got a nice day and I was out and about doin stuff, and I realized that my mood actually improved after I spent a few minutes out in the sun. I realized right then and there that somethin was up. Its constantly overcast here. Even if it isn't raining. It's depressing. Good for crops I guess. Bad for Lisa.

Wow I really appreciate the offer for the trailer. That'd be awesome. No more trying to squeeze my entire life into a 6 x 12 u haul.

Glad you got the work on your Pissant done.

I can't agree with that,I have owned 20 year old vehicles that were as reliable or more so than a 2-5 year old
There is a difference between old and wore out same as people
