Today we have to redo the Christmas shutdown project list because I wiped out the project list that they had made last week. Enjoy the day all
Jim great job, sounds like your exceeding their expectations.

You were playing in the dirt and didn't invite me...LOL sounds like a busy weekend, no wonder you were scarce this weekend.

Good Morning All. Sorry about being MIA lately. Work is going well they seem to be happy so far. Today we have to redo the Christmas shutdown project list because I wiped out the project list that they had made last week.

Is that like in "Non-payment" type stuff? If so, I take it there will be a lot of people migrating south...
(Just what we need down here, more people with no visible means of support )
No, I would have brought the scotch and ceegars, and would have made a great supervisor....
Darn, should have invited you, could have scored some cigars and scotch out of it. Just kidding Steve, i dont do scotch anyway, plenty happy with a good brew...

Now CEEGARS I've got plenty of, but scotch got ME several years ago so I tend to avoid it.
~No less than Glenfiddich as a matter of fact (best I ever found). These days I only go there on extraordinarily special occasions
I'll also never forget being introduced to 'The FAMOUS GROUSE' by a group of Scottish sailors in Hong Kong one year who claimed it's the favored one from "back home". It was an absolute miracle that I found my way back to the ship...
Morning Lis, glad to see youre home safe and sound. Hope you had a good trip. 2 Weeks, that is Powerstroke abuse!!! And yes i have pics in progress right now. The stone company is dropping the stone tomorrow morning.
I know huh? I usually don't let it sit for that long.

So, did you experience vehicular withdrawal?
Extended in-laws?
Yes, I experienced vehicular withdrawal. I had to ride around in tiny cars all week. ...one of those times was with my 17-year-old sister in her 2 door Pontiac Sunfire. Near death experience. Not even kidding.
I already removed mine. I suggest you all do the same. Now you can see anyone's Driver's License on the Internet, including your own! I just searched for mine and there it was...picture and all! Thanks Homeland Security! Go to the web site, and check it out. It's unbelievable!!!
Just enter your name, city and state to see if yours is on file. After your license comes on the screen, click the box marked "Please Remove.." This will remove it from public viewing, but not from law enforcement. Please notify all your friends so they can protect themselves too. Believe me they will thank you for it.

We can polish off a cheaper bottle (less than 100) in one sitting, but we usually make the $300 bottle last a little longer.

Ugh...eww. Just reading your reply made me angry.
I was at my sister's for Thanksgiving, and her inlaws are like that. There were a few of them there and it was the same story, except in my version, they brought their dogs and the dogs pissed all over the basement and soiled the freshly shampooed nearly brand new carpet. Also, one of the dogs bit my 3-year-old niece. It wasn't a good scene. Here's to hoping they don't come back for Christmas, because I did a lot of tongue biting myself (and I was a guest there too) and I think next time the B*tch will make her grand debut.
So, seems the spirit of Thanksgiving is really more about NOT killing in-laws.

yeah, exactly like that, the MIL invited two different adult couples, with 2 kids total. So we would have been 7, that would be 13, plus my family coming on Turkey Day "ONLY", making it 17 on Turkey Day, not bad.
Now outlaws invited there grown adult children who brought 7 more people, now keep in mind they came up on Sunday, for the week, and I suggested a motel, well that went over like a lead balloon. They cried the blues, they traveled 6 hours and can't afford a motel, it wouldn't have been too bad but they all stayed in our house for the week.
This was not in my plans nor was it acceptable in my book, but MIL wasn't very happy and she just lost my FIL last July, and you would think they could have come up for the funeral...nooooo
I'm venting again, I think all of FTE heard this all last week....LOL OK I feel better again....for the moment...
