I want snow to fall tonite, i will be driving home after my meet in a light truck with a semi powerful engine(my dads chebby)and with those crappy wrangler STs that are on it and snow on the ground that equals a fun ride home with the *** end of the truck sideways a bit.
i know i could run it through the wall, but being ex firefighter i just can't justify the safety aspect of having a 1 inch pressurized gas line alongside the garage where it can be hit.
i am kind of **** when it comes to safety items like that.
Build a guard around it of some sort. By the by. Do you guys really run that big a gas line? Is that inside or outside measurement? The feed into my house is only 3/4" inside and I run the house furnace, garage furnace, water heater, and fireplace off that with no problem. AND a gas dryer.
Yeah it definitely is funny how it works. The other thing is, am i going to be staying in this house. I mean i own the house, and am very young so i would love to stay in it, however i am currently entertaining 3 job offers, 1 actually right by Jeff in Yuba City, CA. So my issue is, do i really want to spend the money on this house now, ya know...
No moving. You need to stay here so we can hang out more. You need to stay in Jersey.

You don't need any extra help running into things. And since when are you back driving?
Ahhhhh.... what a garage that would have been!!! With the current economy I imagine you might even be able to do it for a little less, but still...that sounds like a great price! I wonder what it would add to the price to have piping added for a heated floor? Probably be a ton cheaper just to get some crap electric blankets to lay on in the winter. Nothing like cold concrete to leach out the body heat...
Just tubing cost was about $700 for my 32 x 40 slab.

This is about as much of winter as I care to see. We can go back to temps in the low to mid 40's anytime now.......

Yeah, that is fun, in the right setting.
Traveling 55-60 mph on the freeway towing a skid loader on a 20' deckover trailer............. not so much.
Cold outside..about 0 as far as I can tell. Roads glazed over last night and caused all kinds of accidents..about 7 last night I looked out the window and there was a car in my neighbor's ditch.
