Ray - thanks, I forgot about TD. I might buy the OS from them, but never every buy h/w from them. Too many horror stories, especially if there's a rebate involved....
.
I've been buying hardware from them for a lot of years without a problem

Go from the negative on one battery to the positive on the other, then go from the other two posts to the 24V battery (I think...)
!
You do need a dual battery setup
Actually if you have two vehicles you just hook one to each battery

You have to unhook one battery on a dual battery vehicle then hook a set of jumpers to each battery on both units
I've done thismany times.I had a solenoid on my service truck to turn one battery off and not have to disconnect it
I want a Macbook Pro...only thing I can't figure out is if Snow Leopard will run my CS suite...
That'd be fun to have for sure, but given that I make my money off keeping M$-based servers happy, it'd be almost an investment.... maybe one day I'll buy both!!

Good Morning All. Sorry about being MIA lately. Work is going well they seem to be happy so far. Today we have to redo the Christmas shutdown project list because I wiped out the project list that they had made last week.
Good news Jim!! If you need help wiping out anything else, just let us know. The brotherhood (and sisterhood!) I'm sure would be glad to lend a few hands (and trucks!!!) to a little de-construction!! (Yes, I'm thinking Brent's "house remodelling video here)

Hey Matt! How goes it for ya?
Hey Brendan, things are going good. Kind of sore from this weekend, i was operating a backhoe around the house this weekend, making a second driveway at my house. Luckily i had the neighbor and his kid out there helping or i'd probably still be out there, now i'm just waiting on the stone company to drop 10 tons of bluestone for me. How about you man?
dangit...back to work today. I got to drive my truck this morning though. Why do I love that chunk of steel so much? Started up perfect this morning, even though it's cold and she hasn't ran for almost 2 weeks.

That sounds like it'll look nice. You'll have to provide pictures.
