Its actually pretty easy to work with stuff but in some areas you can only expect it to do so much, smooth vertical panels take a bit of extra work. It's made by rustoleum so the two of them might be interchangeable but I don't think it would work with anything else.
I need it to be easy to work with at the start Perry since I don't have a lot of experience with painting, likely it won`t take too long to figure it out once I get started next summer.
That`s a great tip about using soap water! I think that light coats of Zero Rust tack up fairly quick.

Our first snowfall was Oct 3. Grant. A light drizzle yesterday then a sprinkle of snow last night, the city streets were real slippery. It`s -3°C here this afternoon and not that much colder tonight.

As local as Dryden can be to me Morris, 90 miles away, he only comes up here on Wednesdays.
We had our winter start today and it's going to stay, 4 inches so far and still lightly snowing but we are supposed to get as much again tomorrow so hope it doesn't prevent the glass guy from coming..
All the white surfaces here are hard now, rain yesterday then flurries overnight made them that way. Very, very slippery this morning!
90 miles is a bit of a hike for the glass guy, if he comes weekly means no mileage, travel charges?
That is show quality work on the pick up box John!
Your truck looks clean and a lot better than most older work trucks I see around here Perry.
Was the ground white at your place this morning Colin?
Thats the key word Morris "work" truck, it's going to pick up stone chips and scratches and a 100% restored truck would not last a day. As long as it looks good in pictures and from the front yard or it stands out so that the neighborhood I'm in notices it, is what matters on these trucks. By the time this truck is completely fixed up and done I'll still have 1500 or less into it and it has less than 75, miles on it. The ultimate in beaters, schit boxes cost that much and more and they look like crap. We're getting a warm day on Friday and I might get the paint finished if it's fully prepped on thursday. Doing the first coat of detail on the grill and light bezels tonite, almost crosseyed.
Sure glad we have late winters here and that they are pretty wimpy, I'd be screwed if I lived anywhere else.
A very foolish mouse got in the cats room, both of them are standing guard waiting for it to surrender. Hasn't been a mouse in here for years.
I know all too well what "work truck''means Perry. I once tried to have of a bit of a show/work truck which didn`t really work for long.
Our winter is here now, no more outside painting till spring.
I`m surprised that this year`s mouse population hasn't exploded.
The mouse population around here is quite low, so it's a bit of a surprise to see one in here. This warm day wasn't on the long range so it's going to be a one day shot, cold fingers again on Thursday, would be nice to get this body part over and done with, shortens the list.

Regina has a ton of mice this year because of last year's warm weather. Friends, neighbours, even my dads garage (we've caught 4 so far, usually we don't get any).
Last year while we were all busy enjoying the outdoors, they were all getting busy.. if ya know what I mean
