I'm still monkeying around with the alternator bracket that not quite lining up, I have to shorten on of the spacers then measure for belts..

Are there mae dark enough glasses for arc welding or did you mean mig Perry?
Hi Ian, is all well in BC?
Nice restore Aaron, I really like those rear disc brakes.
Not much cooking here John, way too cold for that.

These are the glasses that I use to read and do detail work. Have a Lincoln 140 mig welder, don't have 220 to run a decent arc welder. Looking good John

Thanks Morris!

It's been a bit of a crap shoot doing a rear disc conversion, but I think I have it all figured out now.

Things are wrapping up nicely, so we'll see what the next few days and weekend have in store for me.

-9 here today so it looks like I'm taking it easy, might do some shopping, have the signal light to finish, tomorrow is garbage day. Parts day is Thursday, wait til you whipper snappers retire and start getting your checks from the 26th to the 1st

Going to double check this transmission again tomorrow to see if I'm getting away with just the one part, would save me close to $200 if I am, release bearing money. Chilly again tomorrow so its banking and parts day, Saturday is the last of the summer weather so I have 2 days to get the clutch in and detail the truck.
