In my glass collection I've got 2 flat rear and a slider rear multiple wing and side plus a mint tinted front, it's got the full tint and not just the strip. need to get a decent front gasket for a generation 6 dentside so that I can put it in my 78.

Front window in my 75 was a pita to put in, used a string and sunlight dish soap. Had to tape the string and gasket to the window but there's an arch in the top of the window and it really makes it difficult plus the upper corners are really tight, wasn't fun to say the least.

Good morning folks
Going to be a few degrees below 0 all day, lots of running in and out painting and rehanging parts, may not be as much fun as it seems. The bank scammers have already emailed me wanting access to my account or they'll freeze my account, these guys are getting slow as I ordered them on Tuesday and they sent the scam at 9.30 last night. lol

Good afternoon folks.
What cause the panel w/s to crack John? I found in taking my 56 M100 windshield out that it has to come out from the bottom first or it`ll get jammed coming out the top first. What does Apple charge to cut a rear window? It`s a bummer about the labour charges but that has to happen for a glass place to survive.
I think that I still have a rear slider kicking around for a 73-79.

These scammers were quite specific as to a foreign transaction through the Bank of Nova Scotia, which is who greensales deal with. Theres malware programs that will follow a retailers transactions back to the customer, thats why paypal and credit cards get hit so often, also why you need to be careful with interweb banking. That deal where all you need is a persons email address and you can transfer money, not a good idea. I've known enough scammers in my past that it's easy for me to spot open doors, one of the advantages to having lived in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver. Stick with bank to bank transactions Morris, it's the 3rd party money guys who are here to make your life easier that get tapped into.

So those scammers knew the specifics Perry? Wow, build a better mouse trap and you end up with a smarter mouse...... 
I don't do any interweb banking at all, I was going to do it with a smaller limit credit card but didn`t, and I have never signed up for internet access with my bank.
I guess it really pays to watch John! Was this the first time you had this guy do any work for you?

Ya it was Morris, he refused to put the other one in saying that there must be something wrong with the window opening because he didn't want to admit to his mistake but he replaced the glass anyway..

These guys have been around for a while and are recommended, but they also advertise on Ebay so that gives them a target. The notice the scammers send is obvious to anyone who has a basic understanding as to what a real bank notice should look like but it's got just enough info to trick someone into pressing the link and even if you don't let them scam you, they are still in your computer.
