What`s the power train in your panel John?
My 53 M100 is totally stock, 50 mph rear end and the wheezing flat head isn`t overly exciting on a road trip even at the best of times, even a short 150 km one. But it is an experience not to be missed at, well at least once in a while.
I have a new crate 5.7 liter sbc and 700R4 tranny in it Morris. It actually gets uncomfortably scaring at 170 km/ hr. Pushing a brick through a wind tunnel, easy to pass anyone..
Your Mustang would be a lot more stable than my panel for sure, so is my Impala. I like driving the panel around 100 km/hr, very comfortable I just have to get that cruise control working one of these days but too busy working on this pickup..lol
Good evening gents
Nice little pony car Morris
Haven't driven an actual car in such a long time that I would probably be dangerous in it. Even my 75 f250 seems small, had to put big mirrors on it in order to make it driveable, truck sure is light and goes like a rocket with the 390 in it.
I get a few thumbs up but not as many as with the 53 M100 or the T.

Thanks Perry, I didn`t think I`d be into the new Mustangs but a test drive changed all that in a hurry.
It is small compared to my F250 but a lot more nimble and I had to sand paper my right foot wear to avoid tickets.
I could get used to the Touring car lol
Tried my brother 67 cougar on for size, only drove it for about 6 blocks and my neck was sore from trying to see what was around me in order to change lanes.
It was a really cool car but the front seat is pretty narrow in that Touring and no way to see out the little back window so a sore neck ever. Driving by ear at times can have a few surprises and disadvantages though!
Almost a sunny Sunday, it rained over night and the sun is trying to come out.
At one time there were sides for T but miossing when I bought the car from the estate John.
Good morning Ian, the fun never ends around here.
Good afternoon folks
Had a dry night last night, sounds like I'm dealing with a little one
Sunshine so far for today, may last all day, hope so
Have a few fence posts to replace today, should do it okay
