22 becomes 54 and 54 becomes $75.08, now how much is $22 worth, adds up pretty damn fast. Overall I shouldn't complain, after the trans is fixed and the paint is done I'm still into this truck for 1150 and that includes the new 130 battery and fuel filter. will need 2 1 piece rims, tires and a decent seat and then its done.

Stainless trim wasn't fitting right, had to redo what the professional did and correct it..

Some professionals should stay with the amateur hour set and leave the job to someone who wants it done right

I didn't have the confidence in doing it, now that I see how easy it was I'd do it again in a heart beat..

Thats quite often the case John. I've had a few walk by telling me how they're professional painters and they'll paint the truck for a $100, at 2 or 3 in the afternoon, your not a pro painter if your walking past my place.

On my street they are all pros, doesn't matter what I'm doing, some bum will say 'it's what I do for a living' yet its the middle of the day and they're either drunk, stoned or both. I do their "jobs" a lot more often than they ever will. lol

It is amazing how simple some jobs that appear complicated until you do them once. I know I have surprised myself many times on how easy some jobs are.

When it comes to most automotive stuff I`m no expert but I do know how to burn tree branches. Now that there's snow on the ground it`s safe so I`ll light this up soon.
