Good mid afternoon folks, at least it is here, it`s my coffee break time.

Good to hear, no one wants a ton of mice causing damage everywhere.
Looks like our almost warm day is Friday at 3°C then it`s -4°C daytime and -7°C at night. After that likely the start of winter down in the the frigid zone.

Last year while we were all busy enjoying the outdoors, they were all getting busy.. if ya know what I mean
I wonder how many off spring a breeding pair can produce?
Hi Grant and John, are you keeping warm?

I`m outside yard sorting vehicles and parts today inside my Bobcat where the heater is keeping me toasty. It`s -2°C but it`s cloudy plus the wind has a real bite to it.
Todays fun and games, head light bezels have 2 coats of white on and are ready for Friday clear, turn signal is cleaned and ready for repair, after coffee I do the 2nd coat of white on the outside of the grill insert, then its back to turn signal lense

Sorry Perry, I just broke a mint tail light on this 77 F150 I was moving around.
I think I still have a few 78-79 Ford truck grills and inserts tucked away someplace, I know I have some 73 to 77 gills and inserts.
By the way this picture was taken last week when the ground was bare, today it's mostly white.
I save all these plastic pieces knowing that someday they are going to get broken, going to use a broken left lens to to fix a broken left lens. These things are so dried out they can fall apart in your hands. I put a little bit of wheel bearing grease around the socket hole so that its safer to unscrew the socket plug, use the stuff in a lot of ways.
That's neat Perry. Are 70`s truck parts getting really hard to find in your area?
I have saved old, sometimes even well worn parts incase I would need them someday so I have ended up with my barn and 3-4 sheds full. Now it`s time to purge, which seems harder to do then it was to gather stuff.
Good evening John, all settled in for the night now? I`m having a late supper then putting my feet for the evening.
This is cowboy country, everybody finances a new Ford during the boom and hands it back during the bust so that they can maintain their beer and dope habit. These old trucks are easy to find out here, they range from 500 to unsellable at anything above 3500. There may be a parts need but don't know for sure, something that I need to check out.
Easy on the heels and ankles, they might get used to being rested
So it's not too hard to find old trucks around Alberta?
My body is already used to resting in the evenings Perry.
Good evening Ian, how are things in BC.....any bigfoot sightings lately?
Most of the people I've seen with older trucks seem to have 2 or 3 of them. Early to mid 60s and 73-79 show up on kijiji quite a bit. The bumpside ford seems to be the one that doesn't show up to often. If I had the room I would be tempted to part out trucks, would spend most of the time rebuilding doors and panels. Guy in Airdrie has a bunch of flathead parts thats interesting, might chase that down. Cant ride a motor cycle anymore but a flathead trike would do me just fine.
