If you wanna play, the drift 500' east of me is about 8' high and the ones behind me on the sled trail are standing 10-13' high (hwy 44 right behind my place) May be a photo opp for our Mistresses (trucks folks......trucks )

Morris, Grant, Colin, Clint, STeve, Falcon, Sherm, you folks have a relaxing winter evening
Evening to you too man I wish I brought my sled out

Morris, I hope the coming summer is extra nice to make up for this challenging winter.

Cool you got a pile of snow Curtis, Ours is blown into bush somewhere... Whats left in the stubble fields is pretty hard stuff. I've actually been tempted to sell my sled this year. Mountain trips are going to be tougher to make happen now with the family getting a little older each year.

Hope everyone is settling back for a nice evening in front of the fire with your feet up!!!
18 is pretty good for a stock truck and winter fuel, do you have the 18" rims or the 20s? I normally hand calculate all my mileage but I've been kinda lazy this trip. If I can pick up 2 mpg with this cap that would be amazing! Maybe if I put stock size tires back on I can can get 25 mpg!!

Good evening Morris, Grant, Colin, Clint, Curtis, FQD, Sherm and anyone else I may have missed. A couple more days of cold weather down this way and it is supposed to warm up some.

I have the 18" wheels. I love the look of the 20's but tires are way more expensive. I don't doubt that with more miles on my truck and in the summer, I'll break 20mpg.

I have heard from a few guys that they are impressed with the fuel mileage of the 6.7's. Much better than the 6.4's and the 6.0's that they had.

The streets around here are like curling ice after this weekend and the snow in the fields is just about gone.

Have a good evening everyone.

Morning everyone.

Stop whining Gerry

I'd be happy with snow. It's this cold that's getting old for me.

We've been lucky snow wise. Ditches everywhere are pretty much level with all hwy's and side roads.
Don't sell the sled, you'll regret it

That may be a blessing come spring time for you. Only worry with low snow would be how deep the frost gets into the ground. With the deep freeze we've experience across the prairie's i'm surpised there hasn't been more water main breaks ect ect.

Happy Hump Day Mornin'all. -16C feels like -26C, strong south wind, the bone chillin kind. The field in front of my house is a good foot and a half deep. If the weather and hockey give us some time we'll surely be ridin'. Have a great day guy's.

Yeah 20s look nice but way too much money. Best I did stock was 19 but I only had my truck 5 months before I tuned it and pulled that massive spaceship off of the exhaust Now I can get 20-22 on the highway with 35" tires in the summer and about 17-19 in the winter, I'm pretty happy with that.

My 6.7 does wwaaaayyyyyy better on the highway than my F150 I replaced. In town it would be pretty close but my F350 has way more power and is a lot more fun to drive

I slept with my window bedroom window open last night… house was way to hot. Also my subscription emails just started screwing up, either I just don't get them or I'll only get 1 out of every 2-3 posts or I'll get them the next day long after I've seen the posts...

I haven't had anything all summer. They just started up again last night. Which is nice, cause when someone responds with a help thread it's nice to get back on and acknowledge right away.

Tried doing the "garage" thing again, that's still not working. It'll show it's uploading to site but just freezes and no pics ever make it. I'm sure they're working on it. I saw a post couple 3 months ago about issues with Garage.

Hopefully they fix the problem soon. Anyways here is a picture of me with our new puppy

We decided on a name but around 8pm last night my girlfriend decided she didn't like the name we picked so we are still re deciding on a new name. The puppy is learning pretty quick, only two accidents in the house so far which is pretty good considering he was an out door dog. I think the fact that my in laws have two dogs to kind of show him the ropes kinda helps too. Also our puppy is super skinny, I don't think the people we got him from were feeding him very much

Randy the pup is cute, usually the breeders don't feed them much, that's your job.... make sure all his shots are up to date

Like I said, call him Raptor
