I'm done for a while now This F350 has maximum everything a guy could want. What it doesn't have my cobra makes up for. Ok, I'm looking for a little regular cab/4cyl/5sp ranger, and a 72-79 F250 Highboy 4x4, and a 67 Mustang GT, and a 69 Mach1, and a 04 mach1, and a 72 dodge challenger...never mind...lol
Your list is very similar to mine except I would like to have a 71 MachI and an auto Ranger.

I'd love a 72-79 crew cab, short bed F250 or an 05+ crew cab, short bed F250 with a 3 valve v10 and a 6 speed manual, and I'd love a 69 Mach1, and a 69 Charger R/T and a 2013 SVT Cobra

But I think I might hold off on the winch for now though, need to pay off some more debt before I start spending tons of dough on my truck

I can't say I'm a fan of the 71-78 Mustangs, they aren't the worst looking but I think there is a lot of other cars that look better. But each to their own

What are the cons to a winch bumper?? I pulled the trigger pretty quick when I bought mine, didn't really think of the pros/cons....oops
Evening everyone
Not everyone will agree with me but I think they expensive for one. #2 with all that added strength, if you hit something all that force that would use to bend the bumper will now have to be absorbed by other parts of the truck, ie. the frame, which could cause potential damage to the frame. Also they're heavy, so thats more wear on suspension, and when your lined up next to a Duramax that wants to race every pound counts lol. As for pros, they look awesome and they give you a place to hold your winch. So to me I think there is more cons than pros but this is my opinion. And as my dad always says "opinions are like butt holes, everyone has one" lol
Gotcha, good points, the deal for me popped up quick, lol. Didn't really think them through entirely, only thing I thought about was the little dent in my mpg....

All your points make sense though.
Which bumpers did you get again? You got front and rear right? You should throw those suckers on a scale and see what they weigh and then when you take the stockers off you should weigh them

I got fusions, the rear isn't too bad, I have trouble moving the front around though, lol. I'm curious now, I'll try to remember to weigh them...before and after, lol

Do you have any pics of your truck with them on?

Later in the month I think we're doing First Aid (this is a good one for anyone to have), and I need to look into a lifting equipment course as well. BS...much of it is BS.
Unfortunately no I didn't. We got home late and by the time we had everything unpacked and our puppy gate set up so he can't go into the basement we were both just too pooped from the long drive and all the crapy food we had been eating (getting our fix of fast food because we don't have any in Gillam). And now I work evenings so I don't get home till 12pm tonight, have to wait till tomorrow lol
NEVER too tired..........

I met a guy in Wpg that makes those bumpers. $1200 bucks to have one made. Exact replica of the big name ones.
Happy Tuesday mornin'all. -20C, and actually doesn't feel too bad. We're off to Fargo, ND Thursday after work for a 4 day hockey tourney for Kalan. We got a suite, so I get a bed to myself.g. Dawn's supposed to do a dry fit tonight in the Edge to see how much luggage we can carry. I told her not to go overboard, we're only staying 3 night's, not 3 weeks. Have a great day guy's.
