Yes it does and dealing with frozen ''stuff'' just adds to the fun. 
After years with few problems both rental units septic systems are giving me grief this winter, one is almost daily.
No snow but very cold with high wind chills but at least we didn`t get what southern Sk. did. Truck stops full after weather closed S. Sask highways | News Talk 650 CKOM
Every time I get it figured out a new twist comes along. 
Hope you are safe out on the roads guys.

Let's hope Randy's and Sherwin's trip this morning is a safe one!! Hwy's weren't the best yesterday and the Cold doesn't help either.

Morning all. Randy and I met in Dauphin, all went well. Always nice to meet another FTE-er in person, would have been nice if it were 30 degrees warmer.
I'm not usually a complainer, and usually I enjoy winter, but this season seems to have knocked the appreciation out of everyone. It was colder earlier for longer. It sucks. I'm ready for it to leave and have some weather where we can get outside and enjoy it.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was waaaayyyy to long of a drive lol. We left home at 4am and got to my in-laws at about 10pm last night, had something to eat and off to bed it was.
Sherwin, it was nice to meet you too. Even if just the wind was gone it would have been a lot nicer. I would have liked to stay and chat longer but we both had more driving ahead of us.

Sherm: I totally hear what your sayin, it's been such a long cold snap it's blown the wind right out of alot of peoples sails.

Gonna head out to the mancave and fire up the stove!! Contimplate blowing out the yard from last weeks wind storm........

The snow's crazy out here this year. Snowbanks/Drifts around here are huge. Hwy's has to get them banks pushed back away from intersections. Can forsee another major one.......
I was home this afternoon, tomorrow installing a heater close to home so if you run into trouble, jus give me a shout
If you wanna play, the drift 500' east of me is about 8' high and the ones behind me on the sled trail are standing 10-13' high (hwy 44 right behind my place)
May be a photo opp for our Mistresses (trucks folks......trucks

The snow's crazy out here this year. Snowbanks/Drifts around here are huge. Hwy's has to get them banks pushed back away from intersections. Can forsee another major one.......

Cool screen shot Randy, I burnt about 50 liters I think. Got 18mpg hand calculated. Pretty happy with that as the 6.2 would have only gotten 12-13 at best. You might find your mileage a little better with the topper on there. I did with the 6.2, about 2 mpg on the highway.
Morris, I hope the coming summer is extra nice to make up for this challenging winter.
Cool you got a pile of snow Curtis, Ours is blown into bush somewhere... Whats left in the stubble fields is pretty hard stuff. I've actually been tempted to sell my sled this year. Mountain trips are going to be tougher to make happen now with the family getting a little older each year.
Hope everyone is settling back for a nice evening in front of the fire with your feet up!!!
