mine was broke and i found a perfect one, i installed it and bout a week later it was falling down so i smacked it back up and it broke. im just looking for some other rout to go with it
Just started building new frame for 77CC. It will run rockwells double triangulated 4 link front and rear and coilovers. Just a few pictures of the progress.
First frame rail cut and fitted to pattern ready to be welded.
Backing plated temporarily bolted to frame to suck it up tight.
Clamped to frame beanch about to get welded.
Got both frame rails welded up with temporary crossmembers and set at correct height above axle.
How do you go about using it for the middle instead of the plastic?
I'm not getting email notifications and I have it set up too get them.
Anyway, I was talking about the center middle. Just have to drill small holes in the rib that sticks down from the roof then use smaller lenght screws to attach the middle chrome.
I have the center (plastic) piece that halves the 2 parts of the headliner. I just need the stainless steel trim that supports the headliners perimeter!
Do you need the whole perimeter or just sides or front and back perimeter?

Hadnt thought about that i guess it would work with really short screws, I might have to give it a try.
well i was hoping to get at least 1000$ since the oem fenders/doors should be worth that, i paid 1800$ before all the upgrades so i hate to lose too much

Nice work. Digging that jig table too. Most of the bigger tables like that I see are a thick plate blanchard ground and drilled/tapped and set on a frame. I like the openness of this one so you can get up through the middle of it to get to things.
does anyone know where i can get a door post i guess is what its called mine is rusting out and just rather replace it..
what yr crew and what part of post, which side, the pre 76/77 have no shoulder belts and the 77-79 have them, not sure of exact cut off year, my 74 did not have front shoulder belts but I installed front and rear shoulder belt harnesses, I am parting out 2 78 crew cabs in NJ
