No frame mods required at all on the setup up I did...only mod is having to cut a notch in core support/radiator mounting (Depending which radiator you are running)...and shortening steering shaft or replacing it with a shorter one.
78/79 F-250 4x4 Pitman arm...ES380R and ES380L Tie Rod ends (No Reaming required...they are the same as a 69 to 72ish F-250 4x4)..Custom made DOM sleeve (6.5 inches long) Local 4x4 shop did the one I use...But I was planning on selling my kit at some point...so I bought the Left hand die (7/8 x 18tpi)..Custom designed plates to bolt box to frame using original bolt holes and a support bracket...factory 2wd hoses work...and the steering shaft I used was from (IF I remember correctly) about a 73 F-100 4x4..(Shorter)...and had to adjust column back towards seat about an inch...somewhere I have polaroids of it...not sure exactly where....and it is on a truck...test drove and everything...worked wonderful.
One more vote for Ol' Yeller, what a badd-a$$ rig. This aint for haulin' wood, it's for haulin' A$$! Purpose built trucks are just plain ol' awsesome. No, wait, I know, I know, maybe if we jacked up the rear real-real high and threw a plow on it, it would get respect!

I'm diggin it and am looking into fabing up my own sort of race back/cab over rack based of the idea I got from here, always handy when you own a short bed. IMO
That truck is cool in so many ways, I'd own it! All it takes is an open mind to see its possibilities.
Don't think this thing was done being built in the late 90's. I was thinknig it was more like a 2002ish timeline. It has been a while though so I could be off, and yes I highly doubt there are 2 with TTBs out there... I do know of a 78/79 bronco with a d44 TTB front though. Got a couple pics of that one as well.
