OK, apparently I'm smart enough to do most of the work, but somewhere along the line I failed. My passenger rear PDL hasn't worked since before I bought my Ex. I bought a replacement actuator and tackled the job on Saturday. It all went pretty smoothly, but the door will not lock at all now. The actuator is getting power, but the locking mechanism isn't doing anything. The lock moves up and down, but doesn't appear to be engaging the locking mechanism. Help? Did I reattach something incorrectly? Any ideas? I need my lock back (even if it's not Power - I don't care.
I played with the rod and the yellow snap connector a lot, trying to get it to function, but it never changed. Maybe the other connector with the green hinge-clip? What does that one do?

I couldn't tell you without taking my door panel off. I would suggest removing your opposite door panel and having a look that way.
Yes, copy another door and use a little mirror and a flashlight. Have both apart at the same time. You should be able to get it all functioning like it is supposed to. A long skinny screwdriver helps also.
I did my dads crew cab tonight. I didnt take the latches out. Conclusion. Definitly more of a pain in the ***. Taking the latches out is a lot quicker and a lot less profanities come out of your mouth. I have another set to do later in the week for a friend.
Notes on fixing the actuator; I have found it is MUCH easier to NOT drill out the rivets, and pup the casing open enough liek a clam just to get the motor out. Fix the motor put it back in making sure the gears seat back in their spots and then use one zip tie on that end to hold it all together.
So to chalk up my experience so far;
8 doors in the bag. The fastest took about 15 minutes from start to finish. This is with removing the latch, and actually the door handle too.
Damnit,
Now the front windows are binding up on the crewcab. I got the door apart and I can NOT figure it out!!!! Everythign looks like it should. The window went up/down pretty good before I did this. The track is bolted in the same spot. Does not apearto be twisted...... This is SUPER annoying. any ideas?

Have you tried lubing the window channels? I use white lithium spray.
my front window after dooing the electric door lock works good but makes a ratcheting sound type of noise when going up and down.. i gotta take the door panel off to figure it out. the window is also kinda jerky front to back, gonna try the lube thing and look at tracks.
I hose the channels down with wd-40 (all i had) worked better. Then I got some silicon spray. works real good now. My guess is that when I pulle dthe guid out of the way, it must have bent it slightly and felt that was dry is now in contact with the window. Lubing it up with silicone seemed to work well. The drivers window on my truck was always really slow I lubed that up w/ silicone too and now its as fast as the other.
