Merry Monday morning Washington and all the crew. Hope everyone had a great weekend and Ma Nature was kind. It was a beautiful weekend in my woods in the 40's at night and 50's and even low 60's most of last week and through the weekend. We did have some needed rain over the weekend.
I hope the big game last night was to your liking and you didn't stay up too late partying.
Off to the Sammich Factory for another week of will it break or not!
Good Tuesday morning Washington, Tim and all the crew. Hope everyone has recovered from the partying Sunday night. Cold morning starting at 32°, a light dusting of sheet on the grass and cars. It should be in the high 40's and sunny today and hopefully all the sheet leaves.
Good morning Tim...all of WA...Happy Saturday #2!!! The 8-12" Nor'easter we were threatened with has been downgraded to flurries to a dusting. I'll take that as a win for me.
Mornin' y'all, this morning's freezing fog has lifted and made way for blue skies and sunshine today. 37 currently, hoping for mid 40's this afternoon.
As promised, here's a few photos of my ELS project.

Happy Hump Day Washington, Tim, Wayne, Eric and all the crew. Looks to be another cool but nice partly sunny day in my woods and hope you have the same!
Good morning Rod, Ken, Wayne and the rest of the race car fans!
I worked on the remaining Almond stump yesterday, we almost have it out. I used a water hose and my shop vac and excavated around the big roots, than I used my Sawzall to cut the roots. With the tractor I can just about get out of the hole, I think there must be one more root attached, I have a hard time believing my 50 hp tractor can't pull it the rest the way out of the hole.
Hey there Tim. Thought I had better venture out West. Pretty cool project on the lathe. I have never ran machinist equipment but have done the work setting them up as you have been, back in another life. Things look tidy.
Those old stumps can fool you with how much strength they have!
Hey Steve thanks for checking in. Thanks for comment on the lathe, it was a fun
I finely got the stump out, there was one last root that I had missed. The ground was setup enough this morning that I was able to brake it pulling it with the tractor.
it just didn't look like much right there.
I had to use almost all my chains except one short one, and they weren't all that large. I was just a little worried hence all the tarps. In the end, I did not break any of the chains.
Good morning Stump Buster Tim...all of WA...and...wandering enthusiasts...Happy Saturday #4...we're on the downhill slide to the weekend. Enjoy the ride!!!
Rain here last night, changing to light snow about daybreak when the temps dropped to freezing and the cold north wind blew through. Back to rain now but clearing and 34F. Nothing at all like these guys experienced in their Model T with 1935 Spokane County registration...
