Yes unfortunately. Customer here is a royal pain. I keep seeing the same response for most everything I find wrong here, their answer is "this is how we do it and we've always done it this way"
And my response is"just because you've always done it that way does not make it right, you have just been lucky!"
Pretty much sums up most of the places I have worked! I also have seen the Luck run out with grave consequences!

Well, I had the same idea here, but I think the Dreaded Honey Do List made and appearance this morning! I guess after the Friday routine I will be heading to the barn with the Chainsaw in tow. That is never good for me!
Someone mentioned above what plans we have have for the weekend....... I plan to be in the barn most of the weekend working on my truck and truck projects! I need to finish up swapping out an injector on one because I have a huge list of things I need it to do this month! I will also be throwing whatever meat the wife picks up at the business costco onto the smoker. If there's any extra time this weekend I'll do some yard stuff and maybe burn some branches.
As far as today goes I dropped my kiddo off at school and now I'm going to start all of the above off with a big nap!
Evening Tim, Wayne, Kens and Rod. Nothing really new here. 1st day of bass season tomorrow so my buddy has asked me to come along in his fishing boat in the morning. It will be good just to go, I guess.
Happy Hump Day Washington, Tim, Ken, Steve and all the crew. Around here, they have been working in the hay fields for a couple a weeks with first cutting.
Ken, Sounds like you shouldn't make her mad. She may through throw you!
Another sunny but windy day here today. The cold front pushing out the hi front is blowing through and dropping our temps into the hi 60's-low 70's this weekend from the upper 80's we had just a few days ago. The wind just makes it miserable to be outside, my eyes itch and my nose drip. Other than that, it's going to be a glorious weekend.
Good morning WA...Happy Fathers Day to you dads out there!!! Gonna be a splendiferous day here courtesy of MA Nature...hope she's treating you just as well!!!
Tim...congrats on finding the leak...I'll bet that was rather satisfying. Good luck on the printer project.
Good Sunday morning, friends of Washington, and Happy Father's Day to all. Today is another gorgeous day on the refuge. The wind has died down and the lake has returned to its near glass state. We were greeted with a couple of Pelicans swimming amongst the ducks today. First ones of the season I've seen. The contrast of the lake compared to yesterday's wind whipped chop is striking.
