Howdy Roy, Ken, Steve, Rod and the rest of the Washington Ford Fans!

Nice day out West today, a little cloudy and 67° as I type.

The water leak saga continues, we are pretty sure we have it isolated to the last section, still quit a distance. Along with that we determined that the pressure regulator has gone bad, it's probably 45 years old.

Evening Tim. Funny how it is always in the last one you check!

Put the rest of the garden in today but maybe some more onions later. Ten different types of peppers. Now for some good rain next week so I don't have to water them.

Sensational Saturday morning Washington, Tim, Wayne, Ken, Steve, Roy and all the crew. Glad you are homing in on the leak and yes pressure regulators do give up at some point!

Starting the morning at 65° and headed to about 85° this afternoon when the rain and storms are to be here. Off shortly to go to Lowes and pick up the new washing machine and get it in the house before the rain hits.

Good morning Washington!

I bought a new 2" pressure reducer, shut off valve, union and two close nipples yesterday to the tune of $1100 bucks. I wonder how much all that would have cost 45 years ago.

Sounds like it is going to an exceptionally nice day here today. Starting out at 56° and bright sunshine, the forecast is for a high of 65°

Good happy weekend, everyone! Looking for upper 60's but breezy here today, and lasting throughout the weekend. If it weren't for the wind it would be a chamber of commerce weekend. Let us not forget while we're bbq-ing, that we remember the reason why we can do it this Memorial Day.

Brass is really expensive, and this setup is mostly no lead brass.

Good morning Washington, Going to burn our last brush pile for the year, burn ban goes on June 1st.

Cloudy today, started the day at 50° they say it's only going to get up to 66°, and that's fine with me. In years past we have had a couple weeks of 100° plus temperatures.

Evening Tim. Our burn ban just went off. Hot weather is not my favorite. We have a couple of window units.
