Where do you find Clay's plenums? I have a major oil leak somewhere that I am trying to fix so that's why I'm ordering these top end parts ahead of tear down. Hopefully I will locate the leak and have the parts to fix it on hand as I live in a area void of any access to any major diesel parts suppliers and any knowledgeable diesel mechanics. Thank God for my FTE friends!!!!

So plenum leaks (ask me how I know… ugh) will leak boost not oil. Agreed if you aren’t seeing low boost/high egts I’d leave well enough alone. The driver side isn’t bad to reseal with the turbo off but the passenger side is difficult.
Finding oil leaks can be a pain. Do you think it could be coming from the pedestal? That’s a common leak point. I had a plug on the oil rail work loose on the passenger side head. Took forever to find that leak… a friend spotted it with the engine running.
I know SSJ is knee neck deep in 7.3L work for his customers right now, so I will link a thread he created a while back that can be found in the 7.3L PSD Tech Folder.
Also cranked the WG adjuster all the way down and deleted the red and green hoses.
Not to hijack, but could you explain the reason, and way to do the red/green delete... or a thread link, since im sure its been adressed, in some way, before.

The wastegate dumps boost to prevent overspeeding the turbo. This also limits the max power output of the engine.
We have seen completely stock trucks go from maximum of 17psi to 24psi from deleting the WG. This is a difference you can feel.
Cranking the WG actuator adjustment all the way down prevents it from opening. Then, we can remove the red and green hoses from the WG controller and plug the 5-way plenum and intake tube where they used to go.

Ok that is in depth! Thank you all for that. So I ordered the KC Balanced turbo upgrade, the EBPV delete, the bellowed up pipe upgrade, braided FPx,braided stainless HPx,Adrenalin HPOP and lines, billet intake plenums,AIH delete, intake boot kit and EBP isolator pigtail. Now this morning I go out to start my truck and no start. I live in middle Ga.and the temp was around 24 degrees. I ran the batteries down trying to start letting the starter cool in between.I put the charger on one of the batteries for a couple of hours until it showed 100% then the other until it showed 100%..I then procceded to start the engine. It finally started but it started pouring oil. It was dripping off of the crossmember. The truck was leaning slightly to the right and toward the rear.I looked at the front of the oil cooler and it was wen bunt not pouring oil.I could not tell where the oil was coming from. Any suggestions? Oh an I just filled it with Rotella 15W40W.
