Arod says no more than 5k miles 🤦🏻♂️
Ignoring the dash is one thing, but ignoring Blackstone analysis just seems ignorant.
I'd have to agree with that Jolly. It's one thing to say you don't believe in OCIs past 5k miles but it's another to say modern oil analysis isn't legit or doesn't mean anything. Especially when they have thousands of samples they have looked at, as well as many samples for specific engines to which averages of wear are known. If there were problems running oil past 5k miles, you would see it in a UOA report.

The same --- Motorcraft Super Duty 10w30. I bought it at wally World in the 5 quart containers until I found three 6 gallon Bags in a box for $50 each. I'm out now but bought enough from Wal-Mart that this last change was MC 10w30.

Just curious as the previous and post OCI's didn't have Moly and had lower iron levels. Perhaps these 3 were API CJ4?
If memory serves me correctly Bill with Powerstroke Help once said the cause of death wobble was the lack of caster angle. The super duty trucks don't have an adjustment to get to the magic caster number that will prevent death wobble. And I don't remember what his solution was, possibly a custom component in that area. Looks like this kit address that issue.
I finally ordered a set of these in Yellow SAE/DOT Fog in the Max power level. I've wanted them for quite some time now. They should be coming in this week. I chose the yellow light because the hills I climb have a lot of fog and during winter, the snow blows up on top due to the winds. Since yellow is supposed to cut through that stuff to increase visibility, I went with them. When I get them installed, I'll post up pics. I'll have to get some before shots so these can be compared to stock fog lights.
I like that they are assembled here and have an 8 year warranty.
Since I drive where there's not a lot of street lights and tons of deer. I bought these in the Max level so I can see the deer before they decide to bolt out from the ditches and across the road.

They used bushings on the upper ball joint which seems like a simpler solution to me than the BD kit.
The upper ball joint has rubber seals…if I heat the bushing enough to get it out….it will clobber the rubber seals.
i think in recent years they pressed these in..I say that becuase almost everyone is surprised that they don’t just fall out. Could be a death wobble improvement.
