guessing kiln dried wood? I have been building with Home Depot wood. That stuff is really green and leaves a puddle in my truck.
Yes kiln dried. Had to go to a specialty wood shop to get the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 poplar hardwood priced by board foot. None of the regular home improvement places carry anything like it.
looking very good! nice to see it mostly back together
Thank you! It feels like that was the last tough piece and the remaining assembly is not so daunting. Having the finished bed dangling that high to clear the tires was triggering my anxiety from dropping the door (dropping this would have been maddening).
Truck looks awesome and will look even better with the door on. You have done a great build!

Thanks, it feels good to be down to finish work. The smaller tasks go quicker and feel like more regular progress. Bumpers are on and sure improve the finished look.
Next is tail light and towing package wiring and then unf**k the drivers door!
