I got the backup light mounted and wired to a toggle tonight. I added a red LED above the toggle to indicate the light is ON to help me remember to turn it off in the event I forget once moving forward. Very happy with the coverage! The LED I chose has both flood and spot beam so it lights a full 180 behind and beside the back of the truck! This is so good, Red will get one too!
I had to change my fuel filter and clean out the carb today. I knew that I would go through a couple filters so its not a surprise. This truck sat 15-20 years before I started the build and I could only clean out so much...
I dont know if these pictures do the backup light justice but lets try.
The dreaded day has come! I still need to install the passenger door seal. Door removal is plenty difficult because of the door weight but also protect the paint!
Letting the seal adhesive dry fully before I put this back on Out of service until I get this covered An opportunity to get a interior shot with the door off
