First pass on bed rust removal. The anglehead grinder with the brush is a heavy man-eater! One hour manhandling the grinder and I am whooped for tonight!
I have used rattle can rust treatment that turns rust black. Says on can not for automotive finishes although I used it on my tractor paint and neighbor on automotive paints.
Does anyone remember "Naval Gell? It was thick and you brushed it on rusty metal. I think you left it overnight then rinsed it off. The Ospho looks better.

Yes, that was it "jelly". Don't recommend it on toast. Found it online as a locktite product but it says odorless low voc product so guessing it went the way of the old carburetor cleaners and has no strength now..
